This itself is ok, but at the moment we have a 24*7 system and we get a new ORBInitializer shipped in for example a DLL we maybe want to get rid of a certain orbinitializer that we registered earlier. This is currently not possible, we propose to add an unregister_orb_initializer which makes it possible to unregister an orbinitializer again
