    Summary: I wish to raise the following as an urgent issue:

    The way that message fragments are encoded in giop 1.2, in conjunction
    with the giop 1.2 specification for bi-directional use of a connection,
    can lead to situations where the protocol is ambiguous.

    (This is urgent because it is impossible to implement the bi-directional
    part of GIOP 1.2 without it.)
