Summary:
There is no “need Echo” in the EGS REQ CMD Message. At present, all we can say is that based on MUS configuration, EGS CMDECHO may be generated.
I propose using a new Boolean CMD-ECHO field in Command Request Message to indicate if an ECHO should be sent at any configured point along the ground chain as the command is transmitted.
This would be an Optional field, defaulting to FALSE.
