C2MS11 — VCID and APID in Message Subject for TLMTDM Frame

  • Summary:

    The Subject for TLMTDM Frame Messages includes the following:
    -ME3 = VCID
    -ME4 = APID

    However these fields:
    a) don't exist in the TLMTDM Frame Message, so can't be populated to the message subject,
    b) belong only to CCSDS frames, not TDM frames.

    These Message Subject Miscellaneous Elements should be removed and replaced with "FILL" to preserve ME5 as Collection Point.
