C2MS11 — Control Message SPECIAL_INFO Field type should be String

In the Control Message, the field SPECIAL_INFO is Binary type in the UML diagram (Figure 8-9), but is described as "For application use. Any additional information can be provided here." (Table 8-48).

Because C2MS has no definition or understanding of the binary format, it is probably better if the type be changed to "String", so that opaque data is not transmitted around the system where only the producer and consumer can understand what it is. Log messages, for example, would not be able to record, in any meaningful way, what was sent in the control message.
