C2MS11 — In Message Header, make NODE and USER-NAME string rather than Header String

    The NODE and USER-NAME fields are tracking fields supplied by the implementation (API). They should just be whatever strings are returned by the local o/s rather than forcing them to be of type Header String (upper alphanumeric, "-", "_").

    Change the C2MS Message Header diagram. Note that this diagram will change because of other resolved issues. So, this proposal is to vote on this change. All diagram changes will be consolidated together in a future issue/proposal for final versions.
