C2MS11 — Remove the Req/Resp/Pub MEP

  • Summary:

    In C2MS2.0, we need to revisit the Req/Resp/Pub MEP, as is the same with MVAL Req, followed by an MVAL Resp, followed by an indefinite number and duration of MVAL Data Messages.

    This should really be either a standard Pub-Sub construct or should just be a simple req/response.
