Summary:
We have previously approved
C2MS11-55that changes the concept of REQUEST-ID as Replacement. After reviewing this change with the EGS Team, it is apparent that we could tighten up some of the text in the proposed change to make it more clear what are valid second-uses of REQUEST-ID and what are invalid, along with the expected response to an invalid use.It should be invalid in Replay Telemetry or MVAL Request to issue a start after a start has already been done using the same REQUEST-ID. In Replay Telemetry, we probably need to think about it. If an invalid re-use of REQUEST-ID is sent in a request message, an indicator should be returned in a response for Invalid Request.
