C2MS11 — Deprecate REQ-STRING in Product Request Message

    Similar to C2MS11-43, this issue is to consider deprecating REQ-STRING in the Product Request Message. The desciption of the field is a bit different than in the Archive Request Message, so just needs some investigation to make sure that this message is still usable without the field.
