    Add SERVICE-GROUP to the Simple Service Request Message fields. Also fix some text to match the new text of the table.

    Add SERVICE-NAME to the Simple Service Response Message fields.

    Additionally, the type for SERVICE-NAME is listed as String. This is valid if the field is not also used in the Message Subject.
    To guide the user in this concept, text is being updated in the fields table for both Request and Response.

    Modify the associated diagrams as shown in attachments.
