C2MS11 — TLMTDM message, add AP-ID and VCID fields

    Add field AP-ID (String, Optional) to the message. ME4 should refer to this field for its value. Add field VCID (String, Optional) to the message. ME4 should refer to this field for its value.

    Are required for CCSDS packets only, and optional otherwise.

    CCSDS Application ID is not present in non-CCSDS telemetry packaging

    The CCSDS application id ("APID", "app id") is only present in CCSDS headers for packets. It is not appropriate in other kinds of telemetry packaging.

    This is has been removed in C2MS11-54.
