Add entry/exit shortcut associations between ValueStreamStage and Outcome

Revise the EA UML metamodel to add two shortcut associations labelled: "entryCriteria" and "exitCriteria" directed from ValueStreamStage to Outcome.
Shortcut justifications for exitCriteria: (1) ValueStreamStage.produces_2.ValueItem.values.Outcome; (2) ValueStreamStage.^supports.Capability.produces_0.Outcome. Note that produces_2 it itself a shortcut justified by the second justification above. There is no problem using a shortcut to justify another shortcut as long as the justifications are consistent with each other.
