    Apply ALMAS 11-5 to IDL file

    In ALMAS_DataModel.idl rename ALMAS_AlertDataAttributesType to ALMAS_AlertDataType add the other additional attributes from the original definition of struct ALMAS_AlertDataType and remove original definition of struct ALMAS_AlertDataType. Place the new definition of struct ALMAS_AlertDataType where the original one was.
