ABPSC — RFP template references very dated specs

This is not only in the list of references in B.1 but in section 2
For example the following, while not formally retired, are not mentioned or reused in any meaningful way:

• section 2 lists mappings in EDOC and to COM. And conversely does not list far more widely used mappings e.g for GraphQL, JSON, REST.
• section 2 again lists dated services such as Naming Service and Trading Object Service
• section 2 lists OMA which I think is pretty irrelevant
  In summary, I think a knowledgeable team of MARS and other experts should clean it up and use more recent and relevant examples.
