Summary:
Some FTFs and RTFs maintain specification content in a textual format with changes managed in a version control system (GitHub). Example source formats include Markdown and LaTeX.
Identify whether any P&P changes are needed to support this. In addition, provide detailed procedural documentation and guidance specific to this scenario.
Note that while current practice is to record all change proposals as manual editor instructions, the P&P calls only for textual change information.
