Summary:
As soon as a submission is adopted and moves into FTF state, the link to the soliciting RFP disappears from the Work-in-Progress page, and finding the correct RFP turns often into a cumbersome search in the document repository. Therefore, every RTF and FTF section shall retain the link(s) to the responsible RFP(s).
The same is true for the Specification Catalog. While RFPs are public documents, we may not want to make them public for formal specifications since the actual specifications may have diverged/evolved from the original requirements over time, but the member-only version shall have these links in, either the History, or in a new RFP section of the catalog entry. This would aid the work of members, and in particular the AB a lot.
