ABPSC — URLs, URIs and namespaces for CMMN 1.1 XSDs are not aligned

The (primary) CMMN 1.1 XSD schema is published at this URL:
https://www.omg.org/spec/CMMN/20151109/CMMN11.xsd

which should be de-referenced from a URI such as:
https://www.omg.org/spec/CMMN/20151109/CMMN11/

Nevertheless, the schema itself is bound to a namespace:
http://www.omg.org/spec/CMMN/20151109/MODEL

which is not de-referenceable

It is possible that the schema and its namespace were published before OMG reorganized the URL/URI architecture and started to enforce de-referenceability.

Similar issues are likely to exist across the other CMMN schemas, and/or related specs such as DMN (1.1, 1.2)
