ABPSC — Specification Catalog is Missing Machine-Readable Files

Our Specification catalog is missing machine-readable files all across the board! Today alone I found XMI.xsd missing from XMI 2.5.1 and DG.xmi missing from Diagram Definition (DD) 1.1. And I had asked to restore other machine-readable files in the past...
This is a very dangerous situation. I suggest we create an ad-hoc working group to g with a fine-tooth comb over the specification catalog. But this WG need to be people WHO KNOW THE SPECIFICATIONS. This cannot be delegated to staff. In all cases I encountered so far, all files were available from submitters / FTF / RTF, but only partially uploaded. WE NEED TO FIX THIS QUICKLY.
