The current copyright license that respondents to an RFI place in their response is included in the RFI template v1.6 (omg/19-07-01).
The current text is:
We hereby grant OMG the right to make an unlimited number of copies of the Copyrighted Material as part of the OMG adoption process.
We hereby grant each OMG member the limited right to make up to twenty-five (25) copies of the Copyrighted Material for review purposes only as part of the OMG adoption process.
It has been pointed out that this makes no claim of revocability or irrevocability of the material provided in an RFI response, and that the concept of 'copies' of the material is less meaningful in the age of primarily digital documents.
This license should be redone to reflect current distribution mechanisms, and clarify the revocability (or not) of information supplied in the response to an RFI.
