Summary:
The Cyber Security RFI (and I suspect most others) includes the following in section 3.2 How to Respond:
Acceptable formats are ODF (ISO/IEC 26300), PDF (ISO 32000), ISO Latin-1 (ISO/IEC 8859-1) or MS Word .doc or .docx files.
ISO Latin-1 is not a format but a character encoding so does not seem to fit in this list alongside the other options. Is any word processing or file format OK so long as it uses that character encoding? Why not also include UTF-8? I think we should just delete this as an option.
