ABPSC — Review date limitation for allowing RTFs to extend functionality

P&P Section 4.4.1.1, paragraph 4, defines the circumstances under which "an RTF may respond to an Issue by proposing an extension that adds functionality to a Specification." However, this allowance is limited to RTF's whose report is "delivered before 15th September 2020". The AB should review the policy as it stands well before this sunset date and decide whether to recommend that the subject policy be made permanent.
